All of our different kinds of sock yarn are from DROPS, and the quality shines through in all of them. DROPS Fabel is the most durable sock yarn you can get. It is 4-threaded and superwash-treated, which means it can be machine washed.
Fable is, in contrast to regular sock yarn, spun in a very soft and fine wool quality which ensures excellent socks. DROPS Alaska is a classic, untreated yarn made of 100% wool, so the wool is not subjected to any chemical treatment prior to dyeing. This way, the best properties of wool are highlighted in the best way. DROPS Nepal is a different, thick, and luxurious yarn, made of 35% alpaca and 65% wool. This specific blend emphasizes the silky soft surface of the alpaca as well as the shape stability of the wool.
